Starwars of the Victorian Era. Who doesn’t like Starwars? Well, to satisfy most of us, here are some amazing digital paintings of four infamous characters. Go Away / Come In household door mat. I think this is great, with some unique typographic treatment that makes the design work. When someone enters a house, the doormat reads ‘Come in’, yet it appears to say ‘Go away’ when the visitor leaves.

Berlin, Moscow and Normandy / Past War and Present Peace. These montage photos incredibly show what was captured way back in the war — compared to near present day. The image above shows the fight at U-Bahn Station Frankfurter Allee, Berlin. It is a black and white photo portion from 1945; with the colour part from 2010. The images range from 1942 to 2011. The Stockholm County Metro Subway in Sweden is quite an architectural marvel; I think you’ll agree. The subway system has 100 uniquely-designed stations, with 47 underground and 53 above ground level. After occasionally traveling on the boring, non-decorated London Tube, I can attest to how much I admire this stunning architecture. From painted tunnels, rainbows, red walls and mood-lit spaces, this “subway art” is simply astonishing…
